As per the School management committee decisions, following tasks were executed.

1. For educational tour following decisions was taken to take students to Amul Milk Factory and to show them how it operates and how the circulation of milk and other products  are done dated 05/10/2019
2. Excurtion for senior students class IX to XII was taken to Panchmarhi for 3 days. As discussed in last meeting, dated 29-01/12/2019.   
3. Class VI to VIII was taken for the visit to Nakhrali Dhani and Juniors I to V was take for Picnic at Atal Park, Ujjain, dated 04/12/2019
4. A decisions was taken to teach children empathy, we are going to take them to Manovikas School, Ujjain. Dated 05/11/2019
5. Vigorous donation derived would run to encourage student to donate warm clothes and grains to be distributed to poor and needy dated 14/10/2019.
6. Students to be taken to railway station for distributing blankets and warm clothes dated 28/12/2019
7. Proposed - Cleanliness drive at The adjoining Sewa Basti dated 25/01/2020.
8. Scientific Exhibition was organized success fully special guest were students and teachers from Manovikas School.
9. A Baal Mela (fun fair) was organized 14/11/2019 and profit collected was distributed in form of grains and goods to poor.
10. Tiffin Party was organized by students representative with the students of special needs.
